Viewing existing tickets

Support Agent -

If you'd like to see the tickets you've already submitted, click the "Sign In" link at the top right of the site, and then click your name after you sign in and click "My Activities" to see all your current tickets.

Once you are signed in, your name will appear in the top right corner where "Sign in" used to be displayed. When you are signed in, you can click your name to access information about your support account and view your tickets.
