Our refund policies vary by product and/or service, but as long as you are within a stated refund period, you can submit a ticket to request a refund. Be sure to include your complete name and contact information so we can locate your account. Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 30 days using the original payment method.
Please note that refunds are not available for advertising services and most Memberships where commissions are generated for Affiliates. For other products and services, refund periods vary from up to 30 days, and usually not longer.
