Some of our products and services require a monthly fee. If you wish to cancel your monthly fee, you will need to submit a support ticket to cancel. There is a link at the top right corner of this site to Submit a Ticket. Be sure to include all of your contact information, and the amount of the monthly fee you wish to cancel. In most cases, your cancelation will take place the month following your request.
*** Please note that this does not apply to any other companies you may have joined. If you are being billed by a third party, you will need to contact that company or sign into your account with them to cancel your monthly payment with them.
